妇安胶囊质量标准薄层色谱法初步研究

Study on the Quality Standard of FuAn Capsules by TLC

目的建立妇安胶囊的薄层色谱(TLC)鉴别方法。方法采用TLC法对妇安胶囊中代表性药物川芎、当归、白芍、苦参进行定性鉴别。结果建立了妇安胶囊中所含以上4味药材TLC鉴别方法,薄层色谱中斑点明显,特征成分分离度好,色谱带清晰,阴性成分无干扰。结论本试验所确定的TLC鉴别方法准确可靠、操作简便、重复性好,可用于妇安胶囊的定性质量控制。

OBJECTIVE To establish the quality standard for Fuan capsules by TLC.METHODS The 4 chief herbs in the preparation,Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort,Angelica sinensis,Cynanchum otophyllum and Sophora flavescens were identified by TLC qualitatively.RESULTS The spots in TLC were clear without any interference.CONCLUSION The method is simple and high specificity with good repeatability,which can be used as the quality control method of the Fuan capsules.
