摘要
目的建立高效液相色谱法测定健儿消食口服液中黄芩苷的含量。方法采用C 18色谱柱(4.6×250mm,5μm),以甲醇-水-磷酸(47∶53∶0.2)为流动相,流速为1.0mL·min^-1,检验波长为277nm;柱温:30℃;进样量:10μL。结果黄芩苷在10.1~80.8μg·mL^-1的浓度范围内有良好的线性关系(r=0.9996)。通过加样回收率试验对方法准确度进行验证,结果平均回收率为100.76%,RSD为0.48%(n=6)。结论该方法简便实用,结果准确,可用于健儿消食口服液中黄芩苷的含量测定。
OBJECTIVE To establish a HPLC method for the content determination of JianEr XiaoShi oral solution.METHODS A column of WATERS symmetry C 18(4.6×250mm,5μm)was used with a mobile phase of methanol-water-phosphoric acid(47∶53∶0.2),the sample was determined at wavelength of 277nm and the temperature of column was 30℃,the flow rate was 1.0mL·min^-1 and the sample size was 10μL precisely.RESULTS Baicalin had a good linear relationship in the concentration range of 10.1-80.8μg·mL^-1(r=0.9996);the average recovery(n=6)was 100.76(RSD%=0.48%).CONCLUSION The method is simple,rapid,accurate,and suitable for the content determination of Baicalin in JianEr XiaoShi oral solution.
