摘要
目的为改进桂枝颗粒的质量标准提供参考。方法改进方中桂枝、甘草的定性鉴别项,增加白芍的TLC定性鉴别;增加桂枝中桂皮醛的含量测定项,其采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Lichrospher C18(150×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(35∶65),流速为1.0mL·min^-1,检测波长为290nm,柱温30℃。结果薄层色谱鉴别专属性强,重复性良好。桂皮醛的线性范围为0.0024~0.0240mg·mL^-1(r=0.9997),平均回收率为100.7%,RSD2.8%(n=6)。结论本方法具有操作简便、分析快速、准确等优点,可用于桂枝颗粒质量标准的改进。
OBJECTIVE To improve the quality standard for GuiZhi Granule.METHODS On the original basis,the TLC identification of Ramulus Cinnamomi and Radix Et Rhizoma Glycyrrhizae were revised.Radix Paeoniae Alba was identified by TLC.The content of trans-cinnamaldehyde in Ramulus Cinnamomi was determined by HPLC using Lichrospher C 18 column(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),acetonitrile-0.5%acetate solution(35:65)as the mobile phase,the wavelength was 290nm and column temperature was 30℃.RESULTS The method of TLC was simple with strong specificity and good reproducibility.The linearity of trans-cinnamaldehyde was 0.0024-0.0240mg·mL^-1(r=0.9997).The average recovery was 100.7%and RSD was 2.8%(n=6).CONCLUSION This method is simple,rapid and accurate for the improvement on quality standard of GuiZhi Granule.
