摘要
目的评定保妇康栓中莪术二酮含量的不确定度。方法建立测量模型,分析各因素对含量结果的影响,量化各分量,计算含量的扩展不确定度。结果GC法测定莪术二酮含量的扩展不确定度为0.0348mg/粒,莪术二酮含量为(9.56±0.0348)mg/粒。结论建立的不确定度评定结果可靠,为有效控制该含量测定方法的准确性提供可靠的理论依据。
OBJECTIVE To evaluate the uncertainty determination of Curdione in BaoFuKang suppositories.METHODS A measurement model is established to analyze the influence of various factors on the content results,to quantify each component,and to calculate the extended uncertainty of the content.RESULTS The extended uncertainty of the GC method for the determination of BaoFuKang suppositories was 0.0348mg/grain,and the Curdione content was(9.56±0.0348)mg/grain.CONCLUSION The uncertainty evaluation results are reliable,which provides a reliable theoretical basis for the effective control of the accuracy of the determination method.
