摘要
分子印迹技术是一种在高度交联且具有一定刚性的聚合物母体中引入待分离分子特异性结合位点的新型分离技术。这种聚合物对特定的化合物具有高度选择性与亲和力,因此,分子印迹技术在药物分析尤其是手性药物分离中的应用发展极为迅速。本文介绍了分子印迹技术的基本原理,又从分子印迹聚合物的制备方法及不同制备方法的特点,综述了分子印迹技术在在手性药物分离中的最新研究进展,以期为分子印迹技术在手性药物分离中的应用提供一定的参考,并对分子印迹技术在手性药物分离中的发展趋势进行了展望。
Molecular Imprinting Technique(MIT)is a relatively new separation technique that introduces a specific binding site for the molecule to be separated in a highly crosslinked and rigid polymer matrix.The polymers show high selectivity and affinity for particular compound,therefore,the MIT in the filed of pharmaceutical analysis has been developed rapidly most especially chiral drugs of the filed.This paper introduces the principle of MIT and summarizes the MIT from the preparation,characteristics of different preparations and application in the chiral drugs in order to provide some reference for the application in the chiral drugs of MIT,furthermore,the future development tendency for MIT in the separation of chiral drugs is discussed.
