非合作式无人机监视研究进展

Progress in Research on Non-cooperative UAV Surveillance

近年来非合作式无人机(Non-cooperative UAV)入侵事件频发,对正常航班运行构成巨大安全威胁,造成不可估量的经济损失。对目前国内无人机监视需求进行分析,列举现有监视手段所能实现的非合作式UAV监视功能与技术。从民航低空监视角度,总结无人机未来发展的思路,对无人机监控方法及规章制定有一定的现实意义。

In recent years,non-cooperative UAV intrusions have occurred frequently,posing a huge security threat to normal flight operations,causing immeasurable economic losses.This paper mainly analyzes the current UAV surveillance demand analysis,and lists the non-cooperative UAV surveillance functions and technologies,functions and existing surveillance systems that can be realized by existing surveillance methods.From the perspective of low-altitude surveillance of civil aviation,the ideas of the future development of drones are summarized,which has certain practical significance for the development of UAV surveillance methods and regulations.
