摘要
通过文献分析,构建包含6个潜变量及17个可测变量的建筑施工企业员工工作满意度结构方程模型,在问卷调查的基础上采用AMOS22.0软件进行实证分析,研究各变量之间的关系。研究发现员工感知是影响员工满意度的重要因素,而员工满意度以员工忠诚度为中介变量显著影响员工绩效。提出关注员工期望值与求职岗位的匹配度、提升施工企业管理水平、优化人才培养机制、培养员工忠诚度等建议,以提高建筑施工企业员工工作满意度。
This paper constructs a structural equation modeling of employee job satisfaction in construction enterprises with 6 latent variables and 17 measurable variables through literature analysis.On the basis of questionnaire survey,this paper uses AMOS 22.0 software to conduct empirical analysis,and studies the relationship among the variables.It is found that employee perception is an important factor affecting employee satisfaction.Employee satisfaction is mediated by employee loyalty,which has a significant impact on employee performance.Some suggestions are put forward,such as paying attention to the matching degree between employee expectations and job-hunting posts,improving the management level of construction enterprises,optimizing personnel training mechanism,and cultivating employee loyalty,in order to improve the job satisfaction of construction enterprises.
