研究型高校文科实验室现状与发展路径

研究型高校如何高效有序地建设文科实验室,对于提升高校文科水平、培养复合型文科人才具有重大意义。研究型高校的文科人才应该是面向"产学研"的具有科研精神和实践能力的研究型高级人才。该文针对目前在文科实验室的建设中,实验设施和设备等硬件水平偏低,运行机制有待进一步优化,开放性、利用率仍有待提升等现状与问题,从加大实验室的投入、加大对学生的开放力度、加大实验室的内涵提升、引入最新技术手段等方面不断提升实验室的建设管理水平,为研究型文科人才做好科研保障。

How to construct a liberal arts laboratory in an efficient and orderly manner in research-based universities is of great significance for improving the level of liberal arts in colleges and universities and cultivating compound liberal arts talents. The liberal arts talents of research universities should be research-oriented senior talents with scientific research spirit and practical ability for "production,study and research". In view of the current construction of liberal arts laboratories,the hardware level of experimental facilities and equipment is low,the operation mechanism needs to be further optimized,and the openness and utilization rate still need to be improved. The paper proposes the following measures of investing more in laboratories,intensifying the opening up of students,increasing the connotation of laboratories,and introducing the latest technological means,so as to continuously improve the construction and management level of laboratories,and to provide scientific research guarantee for research-based liberal arts talents.
