摘要
采用皮下注射盐酸肾上腺素同时冰水浴制作急性血瘀模型,测定全血黏度、红细胞沉降率、凝血四项、6-酮前列腺素F1α(6-keto prostaglandin F1α,6-keto-PGF1α)、血栓素B 2(thromboxane B 2,TXB 2)、内皮型一氧化氮合成酶(endothelial nitric oxide synthase,eNOS)和内皮素1(endothelin-1,ET-1)含量。结果表明:模型组大鼠全血黏度和红细胞沉降率增强,活化部分凝血活酶时间、凝血酶原时间(prothrombin time,PT)、凝血酶时间均显著缩短,纤维蛋白原含量显著增加,6-酮-PGF1α和eNOS表达量降低,TXB 2和ET-1含量升高;柠檬汁粉能显著降低全血黏度和红细胞沉降率,延长PT,增加6-酮-PGF1α活性,降低TXB 2水平,增加eNOS表达和活性,降低ET-1的含量。柠檬汁粉具有抗血栓形成的作用。
The acute blood stasis rat model was made by injecting norepinephrine,then rats stayed in ice water bath for 4 mins.Whole blood viscosity(WBV),erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR),coagulation parameters,6-keto prostaglandin F1α(6-KETO-PGF1α),thromboxane B 2(TXB 2),endothelial nitric oxide synthase(eNOS)and endothelin-1(ET-1)were measured.Results:Model group significantly up WBV and ESR level,APTT,PT,TT were decreased whereas FIB content was increased very significantly in rats of the model group,meanwhile the 6-keto-PGF1αand eNOS level were lower and TXB 2 and ET-1 level were higher.Lemon juice powder groups might down WBV and ESR level,extend PT,increase 6-keto-PGF1αlevel and decrease TXB 2 level,maintain the balance between 6-keto-PGF1αand TXB 2,whereas the eNOS level was higher and ET-1 level was lower than model group.Lemon juice powder has antithrombotic effect.
