中小型图书馆志愿服务在阅读推广活动中的实践与探索——以潍坊市图书馆为例

Practice and Exploration of Volunteer Service in Reading Promotion Activities of Small and Medium-sized Libraries——Taking Weifang Library as an Example

随着中小型图书馆阅读推广活动的蓬勃发展,志愿服务已经成为中小型图书馆开展阅读推广活动必不可少的主流服务群体。潍坊市图书馆在志愿服务阅读推广活动工作上大力探索,立足“读者需求和个性化服务”,有效的将志愿服务融入到各类阅读推广活动中。同时结合中小型图书馆的现状,分析了志愿服务在阅读推广活动中存在的不足,提出志愿服务在阅读推广活动中的拓展方向和服务路径。

With the vigorous development of reading promotion activities in small and medium-sized libraries,volunteer service has become an indispensable mainstream service group for small and medium-sized libraries to carry out reading promotion activities.Weifang Library has vigorously explored the work of volunteer service in reading promotion activities,based on“reader needs and personalized services”,effectively integrating volunteer service into various reading promotion activities.At the same time,combing with the current situation of small and medium-sized libraries,this paper analyzes the shortcomings of volunteer service in reading promotion activities,and puts forward the development direction and service path of volunteer service in reading promotion activities.
