Software Design of Remote Diagnosis System of Traditional Chinese Medicine

摘要 优质中医医师资源的匮乏和资源分布的不平衡制约了中医在世界医疗领域的进一步发展,为扩大中医的国际影响力,开发了专供中医诊疗的软件系统,以图片传输、视频连接、音频连接和脉搏信号传输等方式实现中医望、闻、问、切的诊疗手段,并在切脉部分利用小波分解对脉搏信号进行去噪预处理,增加诊断的准确性,诊断结束后以文件传输形式实现诊断结果和处方生成功能.实验结果表明软件实现了预期功能,并具有强壮的用户界面;切脉部分对脉搏信号去噪仿真时,所得信噪比增益约0.47 dB. The lack of Chinese medicine physicians and the imbalance of resources distribution restricts the further development of Chinese medicine in the world. A software system is developed, which can greatly expand the influence of Chinese medicine. Chinese doctor do his look by watching patience’s facial image, do listen and quest by video and audio connection, feel the pulse by pulse signal transmission. Before palpation, the system use wavelet decomposition to denoise the pulse signal, which makes the result more accurate. After diagnosis, the system would generate an assessment by transferring the files. The experiment results shows that the system has realized all function and has a strong user interface. Besides,the signal to noise ratio(SNR) gain in pulse signal denoising is about 0.47 dB.
