摘要
荧光分子探针凭借其高灵敏度、精确性、高效性和实时监测等特点成为分子识别研究领域的重要途径.以吲哚-3-丙酸(HIPA)为研究对象,利用荧光光谱对其进行溶剂、阴离子、阳离子识别性能的研究.溶剂识别表明,吲哚-3-丙酸探针溶液的发射峰位随着溶剂极性的减小而发生红移,说明溶剂对该探针的荧光性能具有一定的影响.离子识别表明,在吲哚-3-丙酸乙醇溶液中,Cu^2+、Fe^3+、Cr2O7^2-对于探针具有良好的猝灭行为,说明该探针对Cu^2+、Fe^3+、Cr2O7^2-能有效识别.
Fluorescent molecular probes have become an important approach in the field of molecular recognition research due to their high sensitivity, accuracy, high efficiency, and real-time monitoring. Indole-3-propionic acid(HIPA) fluorescent probe was used to study the recognition performance of solvents,anions and cations by fluorescence spectroscopy. The solvent identification showed that the emission peak position of the indole-3-propionic acid probe solution was red-shifted with the decrease of the solvent polarity, indicating that the solvent had a certain influence on the fluorescence performance of the probe. Ion recognition showed that Cu^2+, Fe^3+ and Cr2O7^2- had a good quenching behavior in the indole-3-propionic acid ethanol solution, indicating that the probe could effectively recognize Cu^2+, Fe^3+ and Cr2O7^2-.
