基于L-R型模糊故障树的石化企业罐区泄漏环境风险评价 被引量:2

Environmental Risk Assessment of Tank Leakage in Petrochemical Enterprise Based on L-R Fuzzy Fault Tree

摘要 石化行业生产、使用过程中涉及的化学品通常具有易燃、易爆炸、有毒有害的性质,危化品储罐区一旦发生泄漏事故将会造成严重后果,危及人员和财产安全,同时也会对周围环境造成严重污染.选择石化企业罐区泄漏环境风险进行研究,构建了一套基于L-R型模糊故障树的石化企业罐区泄漏事故环境风险评价方法.将此评价方法应用于实际企业案例中,最终得到该企业的中毒环境风险值数量级在10-3,在环境风险可接受范围内.企业日常生产运行过程中应加强安全和环保方面的意识,避免发生泄漏等危险事故. The chemicals involved in the production, use and process of the petrochemical industry are usually flammable, explosive, toxic and harmful. In the event of a leakage accident in the hazardous chemical storage tank area, serious consequences will result, endangering the safety of personnel and property,and Serious pollution to the surrounding environment. This paper selects the environmental risk of petrochemical leakage in petrochemical enterprises, and constructs a set of environmental risk assessment methods for petrochemical leakage in petrochemical enterprises based on L-R fuzzy fault tree. The evaluation method is applied to the actual enterprise case, and the poisoned environmental risk value of the enterprise is finally obtained in the order of 10-3, which is within the acceptable range of environmental risks. In the daily production and operation process of the enterprise, the awareness of safety and environmental protection should be strengthened to avoid dangerous accidents such as leakage.
