从“夸夸群”现象看积极心理学对高校心理健康教育的启示

Enlightenment of Positive Psychology on Mental Health Education in Colleges and Universities from the Phenomenon of "Exaggeration Group"

2019年,多所高校出现了一批“夸夸群”,这些群大都规定只能夸人,不能嘲讽。此现象的风靡以及学生求夸的心态,表明高校大学生缺乏正向激励,心理压力偏大。“夸夸群”的表现是符合积极心理学原理的。这对高校心理健康教育也有重要启示,一是要以积极的理念教育全体学生,二是要丰富心理健康教育的形式和内容,三是要善用新媒体打造“微平台”心理健康教育。

In 2019,a number of"exaggeration groups"appeared in many colleges and universities.Most of these groups stipulate that they can only exaggerate people and cannot be ridiculed.The popularity of this phenomenon and the students'exaggeration mentality show that college students lack positive incentives and have a high psychological pressure.The expression of"exaggeration group"conforms to the principle of positive psychology.It also has important implications for mental health education in colleges and universities.One is to educate all students with positive ideas,the other is to enrich the form and content of mental health education,and the third is to make good use of new media to create"micro-platform"mental health education.
