在建设创新型国家、走中国特色新型工业化道路进程中,高校特别是地方工科院校发挥着重要作用。青年教师是地方工科院校教师队伍中的重要组成部分,因此探究地方工科院校中青年教师专业发展所存在的问题并提出相应的对策就显得尤其重要。本文分析了“新时代”背景下地方院校青年教师在专业发展过程中可能出现的问题,并针对问题提出可行的对策,从而在青年教师的专业发展方面为其提供参考及方向。

In the process of building an innovative country and taking the road of new industrialization with Chinese charac-teristics,universities,especially local engineering colleges,play an important role.Young teachers are an important part of the teaching staff in local engineering colleges.Therefore,it is particularly important to explore the problems existing in the pro-fessional development of young and middle-aged teachers in local engineering colleges and put forward corresponding countermeasures.This paperanalyses theproblems that may ariseinthe process of professional developmentofyoung teachers in local colleges and Universities under the background of the"new era",and puts forward feasible countermeasures to solve these problems,so as to provide reference and direction for the professional development of young teachers.
