教育技术学本科毕业生的就业现状分析——以A大学为例

Analysis of Employment Situation of Undergraduate Graduates in Education Technology——Taking A University as an Example

随着信息化教育的普及,教育技术学的不断发展,大量优秀本科毕业生进入社会,竞争力增强,就业压力不断增大,教育技术学毕业生的就业情况不容乐观,大部分毕业生存在就业困难的问题。本文通过问卷调查法、访谈法、文献法对A大学教育技术学在校本科生和往届毕业生进行调查,分析找出学生、老师和学校方面存在的问题,提出解决措施。希望本次研究结果对毕业生就业有所帮助以及为在校生引导正确的发展方向,帮助学生拓宽教育技术学本科毕业生的就业途径。

With the popularization of information education and the continuous development of education technology,a large number ofoutstanding undergraduate graduates have entered the society,their competitiveness has been enhanced,and the em-ployment pressure has been increasing.The employment situation of education technology graduates is not optimistic,and most of them have employment difficulties.By means of questionnaire survey,interview and literature review,this paper in-vestigates the undergraduates and former graduates of educational technology of A university,analyzes and finds out the exis-ting problems of students,teachers and schools,and proposes solutions.It is hoped that the results of this study will be helpful to the employment of graduates and guide the right development direction for current students,so as to help students broaden the employment channels for undergraduate students of educational technology.
