古交电厂三期500 kV送出工程四回路杆塔设计优化

摘要 500 kV同塔四回路架设在山西省尚属首例,需对其杆塔规划和结构设计进行系统研究。重点对杆塔布置形式、主材截面形式及材质选择进行了计算分析,优化了钢管主材连接方式及线路走廊宽度,有效降低了工程投资。推荐塔头采用三层横担垂直排列形式、采用钢管塔形式,主材采用Q345钢管,法兰采用刚性法兰,通过优化V串夹角,减少了走廊宽度3.6 m,节约塔材1.7%~2.8%。 It is the first time to construct four-circuit towers for 500 kV transmission project in Shanxi,it is necessary to systematically study the planning and structural design of the tower and pole.This paper focuses on the calculation and analysis of tower type,main material section type and material selection.The connection mode of steel tubular main material and the line corridor width were optimized,the project investment was reduced effectively.It is recommended that the tower head adopt three-storey vertical arrangement with Q345 steel tube as the main material and rigid flange be adopted.By optimizing V-string angle,the width of corridor is reduced by 3.6 m,and the tower weight is saved by 1.7%~2.8%.
