摘要
针对现役W型火焰锅炉普遍存在的炉内燃烧温度高、氮氧化物浓度偏高问题,提出了精细化煤种掺配、燃烧优化调整(低NOx燃烧)、SNCR+SCR催化还原技术相结合的全过程NOx控制技术方案,实现了W型火焰锅炉超低排放目标,满足了国家大气污染排放标准的要求,研究结果可为W型火焰锅炉超低排放改造提供借鉴。
In view of the current ubiquitous problems of high combustion temperature and high NOx concentration in W-type boiler,this paper puts forward whole process NOx control technology that includes refined coal blending,combustion optimization adjustment(low NOx combustion),and SNCR+SCR catalytic reduction.It implements the ultra-low emission target of W-type boiler,meets the requirements of state emission standard of air pollutants,the results can provide reference for the W-type boiler ultra-low emission renovation.
