摘要 为查找火电厂在线化学仪表产生测量误差的主要原因,依据发电厂在线化学仪表检验规程对8家火力发电企业的388台在线电导率表、pH表、溶解氧表、钠表的工作误差进行了检验。根据检验结果,分析总结了4种仪表产生误差的主要原因,并针对性地提出了改进措施以提高在线化学仪表的合格率。 In order to find out the main causes of measuring errors of online chemical meters in thermal power plants,the working errors of 388 online chemical instruments such as conductivity meters,pH meters,dissolved oxygen meters and sodium meters in 8 thermal power enterprises were tested according to online chemical meter inspection procedures.According to the inspection results,this paper analyzes and summarizes the main reasons for the errors of the four kinds of instruments,and puts forward the corresponding improvement measures to improve the qualification rate of online chemical instruments.
