盐酸右美托咪定的药理作用和临床应用价值 被引量:5

摘要 目的 分析盐酸右美托咪定的药理作用及临床应用价值.方法 68例择期行上肢手术患者,依据入院先后顺序分为对照组与观察组,各34例.观察组给予患者盐酸右美托咪定注射液镇静治疗,对照组给予患者咪达唑仑注射液镇静治疗.比较两组患者手术时间、麻醉维持时间、Ramsay镇静评分及术中血压、心率水平.结果 两组患者手术时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).观察组患者麻醉维持时间(2.56±1.08)h长于对照组的(2.00±1.12)h、Ramsay镇静评分(2.89±0.88)分低于对照组的(4.36±0.85)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组患者术中收缩压、舒张压、心率水平分别为(131.04±5.82)mm Hg(1 mm Hg=0.133 kPa)、(78.36±3.79)mm Hg、(62.52±5.61)次/min,均低于对照组的(142.49±7.01)mm Hg、(85.24±5.45)mm Hg、(74.41±7.25)次/min,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 择期行上肢手术患者给予盐酸右美托咪定镇痛治疗,可明显延长麻醉维持时间,稳定术中血压、心率,降低Ramsay镇静评分,临床借鉴价值高.
