老年帕金森综合征行人工股骨头置换术患者围手术期护理干预

Perioperative nursing intervention for elderly patients with Parkinson’s disease undergoing artificial femoral head replacement

目的 探讨老年帕金森综合征(PD)患者人工股骨头置换术围手术期护理干预的效果.方法 28例老年PD行人工股骨头置换术患者,进行围手术期护理干预.观察记录患者围手术期并发症发生情况,患者术后关节功能恢复情况.结果 28例老年PD行人工股骨头置换术患者围手术期未出现严重并发症,术后患者功能恢复良好.结论 通过对老年PD行人工股骨头置换术患者实施综合护理干预,有效提高了患者术后恢复效果,减少了并发症的发生,值得在临床上推广.

Objective To discuss the effect of perioperative nursing intervention for elderly patients with Parkinson’s disease(PD)undergoing artificial femoral head replacement.Methods 28 elderly PD patients undergoing artificial femoral head replacement all received perioperative nursing intervention.Perioperative complications and functional recovery of joint were observed and recorded.Results There was no serious complications in 28 elderly PD patients undergoing artificial femoral head replacement,and the function of the patients recovered well after operation.Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention for elderly PD patients undergoing artificial femoral head replacement can effectively improve their recovery effect after operation and reduce the occurrence of complications.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
