摘要
杨氏模量是描述固体材料抵抗弹性形变能力的重要力学参数,对它的精确测量在科学研究和技术应用中都具有重要意义。本文设计了一种金属丝杨氏模量测量的改进方案,使用迈克耳孙干涉仪测定金属丝受力拉伸的微小形变量,用拉力传感器测量金属丝中的拉力,并用线阵CCD图像传感器结合单片机编程实现对干涉圆环移动的自动计数。将该测量方案与传统光杠杆法的实验结果进行对比可知,该方法能显著提高测量结果的精度,降低测量结果的不确定度。
Young's modulus is an important mechanical parameter to describe the ability of solid materials in resisting elastic deformation.The accurate measurement of it has a great significance in scientific research and technical application.An improved method of measuring Young's modulus of wire is designed in this paper.The Michelson interferometer is used to measure the small elongation of wire under tension.The tension sensor measures the tension in the wire.The linear CCD image sensor with single chip microcomputer programming counting the number of the passed interference rings automatically.Compared with the traditional optical lever method,the proposed method can significantly improve the accuracy and reduce the uncertainty of the measurement results.
