摘要
本文主要综述了模拟移动床(Simulated moving bed,SMB)色谱分离技术基础理论,包括工作原理、设备基本单元、影响分离效率的因素等,以及SMB的建模和仿真方面的研究进展,同时阐述了SMB在食品行业中的研究及产业化情况,展望了SMB在食品行业中的发展方向和趋势。
This paper reviewed the basic theory of Simulated Moving Bed(SMB)chromatographic separation technology,including working principle,basic unit of equipment,affecting separation efficiency factors.In addition,the research progress of SMB modeling and simulation are also Detailed.Finally,the research and industrialization of SMB in food industry are described.The development direction and trend of SMB in food industry were prospected.
