摘要
本文详细阐述了在食品微生物以及转基因成分检测中,DNA探针、PCR技术、免疫学检测技术3种技术的应用。与此同时,本文还对食品检测中的生物芯片技术进行了论述,其有广阔的前景。
This paper elaborated in detail the application of three technologies in the detection of food microorganisms and genetically modified ingredients:DNA probe,PCR,immunological detection.At the same time,this paper also discussed the biochip technology in food detection,which has broad prospects.
