摘要
高校开设了公共选修课食品营养与食品卫生课程,这对培养学生的食品安全意识有着重要意义,还可以有效提高学生的身体素质和健康程度,本文重点分析和探究了食品营养与食品安全公共选修课的教学环节,希望可以进一步提高和改善课程教学内容与方法,并且提出了课程教学改革的3种有效方法。
College courses in the public elective course of food nutrition and health,for the cultivation of the students’consciousness of food safety in a sense,it can effectively improve the students’physical quality and health level,this paper analysed and explores the food nutrition and food safety public elective course teaching,hoping to further enhance and improve teaching content and method,and put forward three effective methods of course teaching reform.
