摘要
随着人们生活质量水平的不断提升,当前时代下,人们对于食品安全的防范意识也在不断增强,为了进一步提高食品的安全性能,保证人们的生产生活健康质量,需要对食品中的微生物进行安全高效的检测,微生物是影响食品质量的关键因素,所以通过对微生物的检测,可以有效预防食品变质,提升食品的安全性能。基于此,文章简要分析了快速检测方法在食品微生物检测中的应用。
With the continuous improvement of people’s quality of life,in the current era,people’s awareness of food safety prevention is also increasing,so in order to further improve the safety performance of food and ensure people’s healthy quality of production and life,it is necessary to detect microorganisms in food safely and efficiently,because the use of microorganisms is the key factor affecting food quality.Therefore,through the detection of microorganisms,it can effectively prevent the deterioration of food and improve the safety performance of food.Based on this,this paper briefly analyzes the application of rapid detection method in food microbial detection.
