摘要 随着我国经济水平的不断提升,食品安全问题逐渐成为人民最为关注的民生问题之一,一旦粮油食品中存在有害真菌毒素,会对人们的身体健康造成相当大的影响,尤其是常见的玉米、稻谷等农作物,更是需要完备的真菌毒素检测技术,提升食品安全性。基于此,本文将探究粮油食品中的真菌毒素检测技术,比较其各自的特点以及未来的应用趋势,以期在实际产品生产检测中选择更为合适的检测技术,提升我国的食品安全,保障民生发展。 With the continuous improvement of China’s economic level,food safety has gradually become one of the people’s livelihood issues of greatest concern.Once there are harmful mycotoxins in grain,oil and food,it will have a considerable impact on people’s health.Especially common crops such as corn,rice and so on,it is necessary to complete mycotoxin detection technology to improve food safety.Based on this,this paper will explore the detection technology of mycotoxins in cereals,oils and food stuff,compare their respective characteristics and future application trends,in order to select more appropriate detection technology in actual product production detection,improve food safety in China,and ensure the development of people’s livelihood.
