电动自行车设计开发中的表面设计研究

摘要 通过对两轮车实际开发流程的梳理,总结出电动自行车表面设计的具体内容、涉及的对象、设计方法及其设计原则。对表面设计所涉及到的具体内容进行整理,提出针对电动自行车设计所细分出的材质库基本特征。规范两轮车设计中的表面设计具体细化流程,从色彩、材质质感工艺、图形等三个方面给出可选择的应用方案,并归纳总结其易错点。系统梳理了设计内容及设计边界,并在应用维度给出相应的建议和材质库应用一般方案。表面设计具有一套完整且高效的设计流程,可以为电动自行车开发提供更加直观、高收益、市场化的方案。 To summarize the specific content,object,design method and design principle of the electric bicycle surface design by combing the actual development process of the two-wheeled vehicle.The specific content involved in the surface design,the basic characteristics of the material library subdivided by the electric bicycle design were proposed.The specific refinement process of the surface design in the design of the two-wheeler is standardized,and the alternative application schemes are given from three aspects of color,material texture process and graphics,and the error points are summarized.The system combed the design content and design boundaries,and gave corresponding suggestions and material library application general schemes in the application dimension.Surface design has a complete and efficient design process that provides a more intuitive,cost-effective,market-oriented solution for electric bike development.
