设计出给予独居老人安全感、尊重感的智慧社区服务系统,帮助独居老人幸福生活。了解独居老人和社区服务系统现状,结合交互设计方法,分析老人和社区需求,设计出系统化解决方案。产品由一个硬件盒子和一个APP组成,解决独居老人安全和互助问题,帮助社区提高服务效率。城市独居老人是社会弱势群体,设计应具备人文关怀,用交互设计方法解决老人养老和社区高效服务的问题。
A smart community service system is designed to provide the elderly living alone with a sense of security and respect to help them live happily.Understanding the status of elderly living alone and community service system,combined with interactive design methods,analysis of the needs of the elderly and community,design a systematic solution.The product consists of a hardware box and an APP.It solves the security and mutual assistance problems of the elderly living alone and helps the community improve service efficiency.Elderly living alone in cities are social vulnerable groups.The design should have humanistic care and solve the problems of old people's pension and efficient community service with interactive design method.
