马鞍山市食源性疾病流行病学特征研究 被引量:4

Epidemiological characteristics of foodborne diseases in Maanshan city

摘要 目的分析马鞍山市2015-2017年食源性疾病主动监测数据,探讨其流行病学特征,为完善监测及防控提供依据。方法收集马鞍山12家哨点医院10085例病例信息和检测数据,并进行统计分析。结果病例职业分布以农民为主(31.80%);就诊高峰期为6-10月;家庭(72.04%)为主要可疑进食场所;可疑暴露食品以肉与肉制品(17.21%)为主;家庭自制(39.96%)为主要加工及包装方式;病原体检出以沙门菌(36.77%)为主,<5岁组主要为诺如病毒,15岁-组以副溶血性弧菌为主;病例发病后就诊时间为13(5,25)h,48 h内就诊率为88.71%。结论农民是马鞍山市食源性疾病主要监测人群,夏秋季是高发季节,沙门菌为主要致病病原体。 Objective To analyze the active monitoring data of foodborne diseases in Maanshan City from 2015 to 2017 so as to explore its epidemiological characteristics and provide a basis for improving monitoring and prevention.Methods A total of 10085 cases of 12 sentinel hospitals in Maanshan were collected,tested and statistically analyzed.Results The occupational distribution of cases was dominated by farmers(31.80%).The peak period of the crowd visit was from June to October.Family(72.04%)was the main suspicious eating place.Meat and meat products(17.21%)were the main suspected foods.Home-made(39.96%)was the main processing and packaging method.The main pathogen was Salmonella(36.77%).In addition,the pathogens detected in the<5 year old group were mainly Norovirus,and the age group of 15~years old was Vibrio parahaemolyticus.The time of onset of the case was 13(5,25)h,and the rate of visits within 48 hours after illness was 88.71%.Conclusions Farmers are the main monitoring population of food-borne diseases in Maanshan city.Summer and autumn are the high-risk seasons of food-borne diseases,and Salmonella is the main pathogen.
