摘要
借鉴GJB7688—2012《装备技术成熟度等级划分及定义》,提出一套适用于轨道交通装备技术成熟度的评价方法。该评价方法将技术成熟度划分为9级,并对每个等级进行定义,给出判定基本准则。结合具体实例,进行应用演示,表明该评价方法可以有效降低新型轨道交通装备研制进程中的技术风险,缩短研制周期,提升研制成功率,为轨道交通装备研制主管部门和企业提供参考。
Referring to GJB 7688—2012 Classification and Definition of Equipment Technology Readiness Level,a set of evaluation methods suitable for rail-transit-equipment technology readiness level is proposed.The evaluation method divides technology readiness level into 9 levels,defines each level and gives basic criteria for judging it.The application demonstration shows that the evaluation method can effectively reduce the technical risks in the process of new rail-transit-equipment development,shorten the development cycle and improve the success rate of it.It pro vides references for the competent departments and enterprises of rail-transit-equipment R&D.
