电子称重装置在铁路散装货物装载机上的应用

Application of Electronic Weighing Device in Railway Bulk Cargo Loader

为了精确高效地装载铁路散装货物,在装载机上安装电子称重装置。在介绍装载机电子称重装置的系统组成和称重原理的基础上,简要说明装载机电子称重装置的操作要点。提出选择装载机电子称重装置时,应在动态称重功能、称重方式、相关配套功能3个方面加以注意。在铁路货运中,应用装载机电子称重装置,可以有效避免超载带来的安全隐患。

In order to load railway bulk efficiently and effectively,by introducing the system composition and weigh ing principle of electronic weighing device of loader,this paper briefly describes the operation key points for driver when using it loader.Subsequently,it is proposed to pay attention on dynamic weighing function,sensor,control in strument,printer and related supporting functions when selecting electronic weighing device of loader.The applica tion of electronic weighing device of loader in railway freight transportation is to avoid potential safety hazards that are caused by overloading.
