摘要
介绍200km/h铁路单开道岔制造的加工过程、工艺装备、工艺参数等。针对生产过程中存在的质量问题,提出制造工艺优化方案,解决质量问题。介绍生产制造过程中注意事项,严格控制好产品质量,进一步规范道岔质量监督队伍,为线路提供性能优越的200km/h铁路单开道岔产品。
This paper introduces the producing process,equipments and parameters of 200 km/h railway single-turn out.In view of the quality issues existing in the production process,the optimization scheme of manufacturing process is raised to solve the issues.It draws attention on the production and manufacturing process,strictly supervises the quality of products and further standardizes the work of quality supervision team.Provide 200 km/h single-turnout product with superior performance for railway lines.
