25G型行李车满足生活物资配送需求改造设计

摘要 为改善铁路沿线职工生活条件,基于25G型DC600V行李车设计了一种可以在多种供电方式之间转换的生活物资配送车。从主系统、辅助系统和布线3个方面设计供电系统,从布局和重要吊装结构强度分析2个方面设计车下悬吊件,简要介绍车上功能区设计。经过改造设计,该车可编挂在目前既有供电制式的铁路客运、货运列车编组中,满足铁路沿线职工日常生活物资和抢险救灾物资的配送需求。 In purpose of improving the living conditions of railway employees along the line,a daily necessities distri bution vehicle is designed based on 25G DC 600 V luggage car,which supports various power supply modes.The pow er supply system is designed from the aspects of main power system,supplementary system and wiring.Hoisting parts is designed with respects in layout and strength analysis.The functional area of this vehicle is briefly introduced.Af ter modification,the train can be connected with existing railway passenger and freight trains which are power supply oriented.It satisfies the distribution needs of daily living materials and disaster relief materials for railway employees along the line.
