习近平的科技创新思想主要包括科技战略观、科技制度观、科技民生观、科技产业观和科技人才观五个方面。安徽省深入实施创新驱动发展战略取得了重要成果,但依然存在诸如主体单一、成果分布不均衡、成果产业转化率不乐观以及人才资源短板等亟待解决的问题。从政府、企业、高校和科研所以及科技资源共享、人才需求等角度阐释了习近平科技创新思想对于安徽省科技创新实践活动的指导意义和启示。

Xi Jinping’s scientific and technological innovation thoughts mainly include five aspects:scientific and technological strategic outlook, scientific and technological system outlook, scientific and technological people’s livelihood outlook, scientific and technological industry outlook and scientific and technological talent outlook. Anhui Province has made important achievements in the implementation of innovation-driven development strategy, but there are still some problems to be solved urgently. Xi Jinping’s thoughts on scientific and technological innovation are of important guiding significance and enlightenment to the practice of scientific and technological innovation in Anhui Province.
