产业链视角下物流专业群构建研究——以蚌埠学院为例

Research on the Construction of Logistics Professional Group from the Perspective of Industrial Chain——Take Bengbu University as an Example

随着物流产业的快速发展,物流企业对专业人才需求增加。蚌埠学院顺应经济社会发展需要,建设物流专业群,探索产教融合模式,实现学校转型发展。文章分析物流专业群的内涵、专业群构建的必要性与构建原则,从规划专业群布局、构建创新型人才培养模式、推进产教合作、专业群课程体系建设与教学安排、组建"双能型"师资队伍、构建完善的教学资源库等方面提出物流专业群的具体建设方法,并通过建立物流专业群管理制度与动态调整机制保障物流专业群建设。

With the rapid development of logistics industry, the demand for professionals in logistics enterprises is increasing. Bengbu University conforms to the needs of economic and social development,builds logistics professional group, explores the mode of integration of industry and education, and realizes the transformation and development of the university. This paper analyses the connotation of logistics professional group, the necessity and construction principle of professional group, and puts forward the following proposals: planning professional group layout, constructing innovative talent training mode, promoting production-teaching cooperation, professional group curriculum system construction and teaching arrangement,setting up "dual-competent" teaching staff, and constructing perfect teaching resource repository. The specific construction methods of logistics professional group are put forward, and the construction of logistics professional group is guaranteed by establishing management system and dynamic adjustment mechanism of logistics professional group.
