常州老旧小区户外公共空间适老化更新设计研究

RESEARCH ON THE AGING UPDATE DESIGN OF PUBLIC SPACE IN CHANGZHOU OLD DISTRICT

本文从常州老旧小区户外公共空间适老化更新现状出发,探讨现阶段常州老旧小区户外公共空间的改造政策与方式。以从常州朝阳四村北区户外公共空间适老化更新设计为例,基于问卷调查法和实地访谈法结合的模式,针对现阶段改造的相关状况,从中厘清老年居民对其改造的满意度和需求标准。结合改造后仍存在的问题提出社区户外公共空间适老化更新优化策略。该方法为相关实践提供参考,以期逐步提升以老年人为本体的居住空间综合质量。

This paper starts from the current situation of the aging update of the outdoor public space in the old district of Changzhou,and discusses the reform policies and methods of the outdoor public space in the old district of Changzhou.The method is based on the aging update design of the outdoor public space in the northern area of Chaoyang Sicun,Changzhou.Based on the combination of the questionnaire survey method and the field interview method,the satisfaction of the elderly residents in the transformation of the current stage will be And demand criteria.Combined with the problems still existing after the transformation,the optimization strategy of the aging update of the community outdoor public space was proposed.This method provides a reference for relevant practice,with a view to gradually improving the overall quality of living space with the elderly as the ontology.
