盲人作为弱势群体中的特定组成部分,其出行受到极大限制,为了解决盲人乘坐公交车时遇到的问题,文章以城市公交车站中盲人的使用问题为出发点,简述了国内外盲人智能化公交车站设计的现状。通过深入分析研究盲人触觉和听觉两大重要感官特征,设计为盲人服务的城市智能公交车站,对调动盲人的积极性、满足盲人的归属感和保障盲人的安全性具有重要作用。为盲人获取信息提供帮助,解决了盲人乘坐公共车时所遇的三大难题。

As a specific part of the vulnerable group,the blind people are greatly restricted in their travel.In order to solve the problems encountered by the blind people when they take the bus,the article takes the blind people's use problem in the city bus station as the starting point,and briefly describes the blind intelligence at home and abroad.Through in-depth analysis of the two important sensory characteristics of blind people's sense of touch and hearing,the design of urban intelligent bus stations serving the blind people plays an important role in mobilizing the enthusiasm of the blind,satisfying the sense of belonging of the blind and ensuring the safety of the blind.Helping the blind to get information and solving the three problems that blind people encounter when they take public buses.
