设计工作坊教学中的团队合作研究

A STUDY OF TEAM COOPERATION IN DESIGN TEACHING WORKSHOP

获得设计工作坊中团队合作的特征,为更好的在设计教学中组织设计工作坊提供参考。分析了设计工作坊的团队组成特点,总结出了人员结构与领导力两个分析维度;使用口语分析的方法获取了两组设计工作坊的讨论资料,并使用链接表记(linkography)的方法进行了分析,分析的维度包括观点表达、争议解决、设计目标促进等。得到设计工作坊团队合作的特征和发现。本研究的发现可以为更好在教学中的组织设计工作坊提供参考。

To obtain the characteristics of team cooperation in design workshops and provide reference for better organizing design workshops in design teaching process.The composition characteristics of the design workshop were analyzed,and the two analysis dimensions of personnel structure and leadership were summarized.The discussion materials of two groups of design workshops were obtained by using the method of oral analysis,and the method of linkography was used.The analysis is carried out,and the dimensions of analysis include opinion expression,dispute resolution,and design goal promotion.The characteristics and findings of the team cooperation of the design workshop were obtained.The findings of this study can provide a reference for better organizational design workshops in teaching process.
