福建省农民专业合作社助推乡村振兴发展策略研究

Strategic Study on Farmers’ Professional Cooperative in Boosting Rural Rejuvenation and Development in Fujian Province

该文以乡村振兴战略为背景,梳理乡村振兴战略的深化路径,以福建省农民专业合作社助推乡村振兴为研究对象,分析其带动效应、面临的挑战,并从双元组织视角,就农民专业合作社的产业驱动力、科学引领力、基层凝聚力、组织平衡力和组织协同力,结合乡村振兴战略的五个方面,提出相应的发展策略。

With the strategy of rural revitalization as the background,this paper takes Fujian farmers'professional cooperative as the research object,combs the deepening path of the rural revitalization strategy,analyzes the role of farmers'professional cooperative in the process of rural revitalization,the current situation and problems of Fujian farmers'professional cooperative,and puts forward the corresponding development strategy according to the problem and the five aspects of the rural strategy.
