摘要
生态学主要研究生物体与其所处的环境之间的关系,借助生态学基本原理,建立教师发展生态系统,依据扎根理论提取影响高校教师专业发展的主要因素,形成教师发展评价指标体系框架,构建高校教师发展生态评价模型,最后提出优化高校教师发展生态的若干建议。
Ecology studies the relationship between organisms and their environment.Based on the basic principles of ecology,the teacher's development ecosystem is established.Based on the grounded theory,the main factors affecting the professional development of university teachers are extracted,and the framework of teacher professional development evaluation index system is formed.Finally,the ecological evaluation model of university teachers professional development is constructed and optimized.Some suggestions for the professional development of university teachers are put forward.
