摘要
在分析学前教育专业实践育人评价存在问题的基础上,从指导思想、构建原则、评价主体、评价指标、指标权重、等级标准、评价方式和结果使用八个方面构建该专业实践育人质量评价体系。并通过对2015级学前教育专业实践育人质量进行评价来验证评价体系的有效性。最后从组建评价领导小组、健全实践育人质量评价机制、加强实践育人质量评价系统建设三方面提出保障措施。
The present thesis,on the basis of an analysis of the problems existed in traditional evaluation system of the quality of education through practice,constructs a new evaluation system through the following eight aspects,namely,guiding ideology,constructing principle,evaluation participants,the weight of different indexes,the standard of evaluation degree,evaluation methods and the usage of evaluation results.Through an experimental research on the quality evaluation system of pre-school education majors(grade 2015),the thesis validates the efficiency of the system.It also proposes three safeguard countermeasures to guarantee the implement of the new evaluation system,which can be listed as follows:constructing a team to lead the quality evaluation system;making a sound quality evaluation system mechanism;enhancing the construction of quality evaluation system of education through practice.
