Study on Popularization of Marxist Ecological View in New Era

党的十八届五中全会确立“绿色发展”理念。马克思主义生态观大众化是落实“绿色发展”理念的重要举措,其内涵包含加工、普及、内化三个阶段。生态环境现状引发大众高度关注、丰富的马克思主义大众化经验、新媒体的快速发展为马克思主义生态观大众化提供了积极条件,同样面临着教育内容缺失宣传低效、生产方式尚未彻底转变、部分群众环保观念淡薄、部分党员干部生态素养不足等消极影响。通过完善生态教育内容、加强社会宣传引导、培育生态文化倡导绿色消费、提升干部生态素养、开展马克思主义生态观“加工”研究等途径推进马克思主义生态观大众化,落实“绿色发展”理念。

The Fifth Plenary Session of the Eighteenth Central Committee of the Communist Party of China established the concept of"green development".Popularization of Marxist ecological concept is an important measure to implement the concept of"green development".Its connotation includes three stages:processing,popularization and internalization.The current situation of ecological environment has aroused great public concern,rich experience of Marxist popularization and the rapid development of new media have provided positive conditions for the popularization of Marxist ecological concept.It is also faced with the negative effects of lack of educational content,inefficient publicity,incomplete transformation of production mode,weak environmental protection concept of some people,and inadequate ecological literacy of some Party members and cadres.By improving the content of ecological education,strengthening social propaganda and guidance,cultivating ecological culture,advocating green consumption,improving cadres'ecological literacy,and carrying out the research on"processing"of Marxist ecological concept,we can promote the popularization of Marxist ecological concept and implement the concept of"green development".
