基于现代文献探析针灸治疗周围性面瘫的选穴规律

The law of point selection of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis based on modern literature

目的:系统了解针灸治疗周围性面瘫的取穴规律。方法:以中国知网等数据库为检索工具,查阅近5年针灸治疗周围性面瘫的相关资料,将所涉及穴位按头面、颈项、上肢、下肢和躯干的身体分部进行整理、统计和分析。结果:临床治疗周围性面瘫时以头面部取穴最多,其次为四肢部,颈项部和躯干部的腧穴应用最少。结论:周围性面瘫的治疗以头面部腧穴为要,以四肢部配穴为辅;除此之外,为更好地提高治疗效果,可在今后的治疗中对颈项部腧穴的应用多加延展,充分发挥其通调头面气血的桥梁作用。

Objective:To understand systematically the law of point selection of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis.Method:China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)and other Databases were used as instrument to retrieve all literature about peripheral facial paralysis treated by acupuncture and moxibustion in the past five years.All acupoints mentioned were sorted out according to the body parts of head,neck,upper limb,lower limb and trunk,then statistics and analysis were carried out.Result:In the clinical treatment of peripheral facial paralysis,the acupoints on the head and face were the most frequently selected,followed by the limbs,and the acupoints on the neck and trunk were the least used.Conclusion:The treatment of peripheral facial paralysis was based on acupoints on the head and face,supplemented by acupoints on the limbs.In the future,the application of acupoints on neck should be used more to give full play to its bridge role of regulating Qi and blood of head and face.
