摘要
目的:通过对不同厂家雷公藤多苷片的紫外谱线组进行分析,为雷公藤多苷片质量控制提供依据。方法:采用水、95%乙醇、氯仿和石油醚4种溶剂对3个厂家8个批号的雷公藤多苷片进行超声提取,并进行紫外光谱分析。对以水和石油醚为提取溶剂时的雷公藤多苷片残渣进行红外吸收光谱分析。结果:8个批号的雷公藤多苷片均在300 nm附近有一个吸收峰;同一厂家不同批号的雷公藤多苷片吸光度值相差较小,但不同厂家雷公藤多苷片吸光度差值较大。雷公藤多苷片中的有效成分易溶于95%乙醇和氯仿,而不易溶于水和石油醚。结论:不同厂家生产的雷公藤多苷片成分含量不同,同一厂家生产的雷公藤多苷片成分含量相对稳定。
Objective:Tripterygium glycosides tablets from different manufacturers were analyzed by ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometric scanning to provide basis for quality control of medicine.Method:8 batches of tripterygium glycosides tablets from 3 factories were extracted by ultrasound with water,95%ethanol,chloroform and petroleum ether as solvents,then ultraviolet spectrum analysis was carried out.The residue of medicine extracted with water and petroleum ether was analyzed by infrared absorption spectroscopy.Result:Eight batches of tripterygium glycosides tablets had an absorption peak near 300 nm.The absorbance values of different batches of medicine from the same manufacturer were similar,but the absorbance values of medicine from different manufacturers were quite different.The active ingredients in medicine were soluble in 95%ethanol and chloroform,but not in water and petroleum ether.Conclusion:The contents of active ingredients in tripterygium glycosides tablets produced by same manufacturers is relatively stable,but those medicines produced by different manufacturers are different.
