内镜下高频电凝电切除治疗胃息肉临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Endoscopic High Frequency Electrocoagulation for the Treatment of Gastric Polyps

目的探讨对胃息肉患者采取内镜下高频电凝电切除治疗的临床效果,旨在为临床提供可靠的理论参考。方法方便选取该院在2014年1月—2018年12期间收治的123例胃息肉患者,其中,纳入的男性患者47例,女性患者76例,年龄范围21~66岁,平均(43.6±4.5)岁,均采取内镜下高频电凝电切除治疗,对其临床结果进行回顾性分析,观察记录手术时间、术中出血量、并发症情况、复发率及术前术后血清G-17、PG水平等。结果该组患者的手术时间(20.51±3.15)min、术中出血量(7.08±2.62)mL;该组123例患者术后并发症发生率为6.50%(8/123)、复发率为3.25%(4/123);术后患者的G-17水平(8.25±1.14)pg/mL、PGI(71.8±10.62)μg/L、PGR(6.99±0.63)、PGII(15.57±2.44)μg/L水平与术前比较差异无统计学意义(t=1.848、1.992、1.092、1.245,P>0.05)。结论对胃息肉患者采取内镜下高频电凝电切除治疗的临床效果良好,安全性好,不影响患者的血清G-17(胃泌素17)、PG(胃蛋白酶原)水平,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of endoscopic high-frequency electrocoagulation in patients with gastric polyps,and to provide a reliable theoretical reference for clinical.Methods A total of 123 patients with gastric polyps admitted to the hospital from January 2014 to December 2018 were convenient selected and enrolled.Among them,47 were male and 76 were female,with an age range of 21-66 years,mean(43.6±4.5)years old.Endoscopic high-frequency electrocoagulation resection was performed,and the clinical results were retrospectively analyzed.The operation time,intraoperative blood loss,complications,recurrence rate and serum G-17 and PG were measured before and after operation.Results The operation time of this group(20.51±3.15)min,intraoperative blood loss(7.08±2.62)mL;the postoperative complication rate of this group of 123 patients6.50%(8/123),recurrence rate 3.25%(4/123);postoperative patients with G-17 levels(8.25±1.14)pg/mL,PGI(71.8±10.62)μg/L,PGR(6.99±0.63),PGII(15.57±2.44)μg/L,were not statistically significally different from preoperative was not statistically significant(t=1.848,1.992,1.092,1.245,P>0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of endoscopic highfrequency electrocoagulation for the treatment of gastric polyps is good and safe.It does not affect the serum levels of G-17(gastrin 17)and PG(pepsinogen),which is worth promotion.
