探讨25G玻璃体切割联合内界膜剥除及空气填充治疗特发性黄斑裂孔的临床疗效

摘要 目的探讨25G玻璃体切割联合内界膜剥除及空气填充治疗特发性黄斑裂孔的临床疗效。方法方便选取2016年7月—2018年7月的特发性黄斑裂孔的患者140例,随机分成对照组70例,观察组70例。对照组采用25G玻璃体切割联合内界膜剥除手术治疗及硅油填充,观察组联合25G玻璃体切割术与内界膜剥除及空气填充治疗,比较两组的临床疗效。结果观察组的黄斑裂空闭合比例为92.85%,与对照组的91.43%相比,差异无统计学意义(χ^2=0.125,P=0.152)。治疗后,在平均视力评价方面,观察组与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论25G玻璃体切割联合内界膜剥除及空气填充治疗特发性黄斑裂孔可获得良好的临床疗效,推荐在临床中应用。 Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of 25G vitrectomy combined with internal limiting membrane stripping and air filling in the treatment of idiopathic macular hole.Methods Convenient selected a total of 140 patients with idiopathic macular hole from July 2016 to July 2018 were enrolled.They were randomly divided into the control group(70 cases)and the observation group(70 cases).The control group was treated with 25G vitrectomy combined with internal limiting membrane stripping surgery and silicone oil filling.The observation group combined with 25G vitrectomy and internal limiting membrane stripping and air filling treatment,the clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The proportion of macular cleft closure in the observation group was 92.85%.There was no statistical difference between the control group and 91.43%of the control group(χ^2=0.125,P=0.152).After treatment,in terms of mean visual acuity,there was statistically significant difference between the observation group and the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion 25G vitrectomy combined with internal limiting membrane stripping and air filling for the treatment of idiopathic macular hole can obtain good clinical efficacy.It is recommended for clinical application.
