明胶海绵糠酸莫米松鼻喷剂在鼻内镜术后的应用

Application of Gelatin Sponge Mometasone Furoate Nasal Spray after Endoscopic Surgery

目的探讨明胶海绵糠酸莫米松鼻喷剂在鼻内镜术后的应用。方法便利选择该院110例2015年1月—2018年12月鼻内镜手术患者。随机分组,常规治疗组采取NS冲洗液进行鼻腔冲洗治疗,糠酸莫米松鼻喷剂浸泡组则采取糠酸莫米松鼻喷剂浸泡明胶海绵治疗。比较两组鼻内镜手术疗效;鼻黏膜形态恢复正常的时间、症状改善的时间;治疗前后患者鼻症状积分、生存质量评分;不良反应。结果糠酸莫米松鼻喷剂浸泡组有更高的疗效100.00%(χ^2=8.122,P<0.05)。治疗前常规治疗组、糠酸莫米松鼻喷剂浸泡组鼻症状积分、生存质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后糠酸莫米松鼻喷剂浸泡组鼻症状积分、生存质量评分(1.04±0.12)分、(92.67±3.55)分优于常规治疗组,差异有统计学意义(t=6.823、7.034,P<0.05)。糠酸莫米松鼻喷剂浸泡组鼻黏膜形态恢复正常的时间、症状改善的时间和常规治疗组比较有优势,差异有统计学意义(t=7.924、6.722,P<0.05),糠酸莫米松鼻喷剂浸泡组鼻黏膜形态恢复正常的时间、症状改善的时间分别是(5.14±1.21)d、(4.13±0.64)d,而常规治疗组鼻黏膜形态恢复正常的时间、症状改善的时间分别是(8.11±1.44)d、(6.13±0.24)d。糠酸莫米松鼻喷剂浸泡组和常规治疗组不良反应相似,差异无统计学意义(χ^2=0.000,P>0.05),其中,常规治疗组有1例恶心,1例呕吐以及1例感染。糠酸莫米松鼻喷剂浸泡组有1例恶心,1例呕吐以及1例轻度头晕。结论糠酸莫米松鼻喷剂浸泡明胶海绵应用于鼻内镜手术后,效果好。

Objective To investigate the application of gelatin sponge mometasone furoate nasal spray after endoscopic surgery.Methods Convenient selected 110 patients with nasal endoscopic surgery from January 2015 to December 2018 in the hospital were selected.Randomly grouped,the conventional treatment group was treated with NS rinsing solution for nasal irrigation,and the mometasone citrate nasal spray immersion group was treated with mometasone furoate nasal spray soaked with gelatin sponge.The curative effect of nasal endoscopic surgery was compared between the two groups;the time of normal recovery of nasal mucosa and the time of symptom improvement;the score of nasal symptoms and the quality of life score before and after treatment;adverse reactions.Results The momidone citrate nasal spray immersion group had a higher efficacy of 100.00%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=8.122,P<0.05).The nasal symptom scores and the quality of life scores of the conventional treatment group and the mometasone furoate nasal spray immersion group were compared,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);the nasal symptom score and the quality of life score of(1.04±0.12)points after the treatment of mometasone furoate nasal spray(92.67±3.55)points was superior to the conventional treatment group,the difference was statistically significant(t=6.823,7.034,P<0.05).The time of nasal mucosa recovery in the soaking group of mometasone furoate nasal spray was normal,and the time of symptom improvement was superior to that of the conventional treatment group,the difference was statistically significant(t=7.924,6.722,P<0.05),and the nasal spray of mometasone furoate was soaked.The time to return to normal mucosal morphology and the time to symptom improvement were(5.14±1.21)d and(4.13±0.64)d.The time of normalization of nasal mucosa in the conventional treatment group and the time to symptom improvement were(8.11±1.44)d and(6.13±0.24)d,respectively.The adverse reactions of the mometasone furoate nasal spray immersion group and the conventional treatment group were similar,the difference was no statistically significant(χ^2=0.000,P>0.05).Among them,1 case of nausea,1 case of vomiting and 1 case of infection in the conventional treatment group.There was 1 case of nausea,1 case of vomiting and 1 case of mild dizziness in the momidone citrate nasal spray soaking group.Conclusion The effect of momazone citrate nasal spray soaked in gelatin sponge on endoscopic surgery is good.
