改善慢性心力衰竭患者心理状态与生活质量的护理方法探析

Analysis of Nursing Methods for Improving Psychological Status and Quality of Life in Patients with Chronic Heart Failure

目的了解改善慢性心力衰竭患者心理状态与生活质量的护理方法。方法方便选择该院2017年1月—2018年4月的100例慢性心力衰竭患者,随机分组,对照组给予一般护理,针对性护理组进行了针对性护理干预。比较两组满意占比;心电图恢复正常时间、遵医行为、自我管理能力;护理前后心理状态与生活质量;护理投诉率。结果针对性护理组满意占比100.00%高于对照组80.00%(χ^2=5.867,P<0.05);护理后针对性护理组心理状态与生活质量中,焦虑、抑郁和生活质量分别是(21.74±1.56)分、(21.72±2.22)分、(96.72±2.11)分,对照组心理状态与生活质量中,焦虑、抑郁和生活质量分别是(41.21±1.22)分、(42.78±5.21)分、(89.24±2.89)分,(t=5.633、7.034、8.134,P<0.05),针对性护理组改善幅度更大(P<0.05)。针对性护理组心电图恢复正常时间、遵医行为、自我管理能力、护理投诉率对比对照组有优势(t=5.221、7.156、7.146,χ^2=5.989,P<0.05)。结论慢性心力衰竭患者实施针对性护理干预可获得良好效果。

Objective To understand the nursing methods to improve the mental state and quality of life of patients with chronic heart failure.Methods Convenient selected 100 patients with chronic heart failure from January 2017 to April 2018 in the hospital were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received general care and the targeted nursing group conducted targeted nursing intervention.Compare the satisfaction ratio of the two groups;the normal time of ECG recovery,compliance with medical behavior,selfmanagement ability;mental state and quality of life before and after nursing;nursing complaint rate.Results The satisfaction percentage of the targeted nursing group was 100.00%higher than that of the control group 80.00%(χ^2=5.867,P<0.05).The anxiety,depression and quality of life in the targeted nursing group were(21.74±1.56)points,(21.72±2.22)points points and(96.72±2.11)points.In the psychological state and quality of life of the control group,anxiety,depression and quality of life were(41.21±1.22)points,(42.78±5.21)points and(89.24±2.89)points respectively(t=5.633,7.034,8.134,P<0.05).In the targeted care group,the ECG recovery time,compliance behavior,self-management ability,and nursing complaint rate were superior to the control group(t=5.221,7.156,7.146,χ^2=5.989,P<0.05).Conclusion Targeted care interventions in patients with chronic heart failure can achieve good results.
