护理干预对抑郁症住院患者进食障碍的临床影响研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨护理干预对抑郁症住院患者进食障碍的临床影响。方法该组研究方便选取在该院精神科进行住院治疗的64例抑郁症患者,病例资料研选取的时间范围自2017年11月—2018年11月,根据所有患者的住院单双号不同将其分成两组。其中双号设为对照组(n=32),给予精神科常规护理干预;而单号则设为研究组(n=32),在常规护理的基础上加强饮食护理干预。比较两组患者护理前后的血清指标、体重以及焦虑、抑郁等不良情绪改善情况,评估护理干预后患者的满意度。结果干预后两组患者的钠离子、二氧化碳结合力值以及钾离子等血清指标值比干预前均有明显改善,并且研究组患者的上述血清指标改善情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者住院4周后的体重均明显大于入院时、住院1周及2周后,且研究组患者在入院4周后的体重明显大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后两组患者的焦虑(SAS)、抑郁(SDS)评分均明显低于干预前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),并且研究组的SAS、SDS评分降低幅度大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=6.990、8.217,P<0.05)。研究组的护理满意度96.87%明显高于对照组78.12%,组间差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.736,P=0.029<0.05)。结论在抑郁症住院患者的临床治疗和护理中加强饮食护理干预,有助于减轻进食障碍等临床症状,缓解焦虑、忧郁等不良情绪,同时还可显著改善血清指标,进而有效改善营养状况,增加患者体质量,提高其对护理工作的满意度,值得在精神科临床积极推广和应用。 Objective To investigate the clinical impact of nursing intervention on eating disorders in hospitalized patients with depression.Methods This study included 64 patients with depression who were conveniently selected and hospitalized in the psychiatric department of and hospital.The time range of case data selection was from November 2017 to November 2018.According to the difference between the hospitalized single and double numbers of all patients,2 teams.The double number was set as the control group(n=32),and the psychiatric routine nursing intervention was given.The single number was set as the study group(n=32),and the dietary nursing intervention was strengthened on the basis of routine nursing.The serum indicators,body weight,and improvement of anxiety and depression were compared before and after treatment,and the satisfaction of patients after nursing intervention was evaluated.Results After the intervention,the sodium ion,carbon dioxide binding force and potassium ion values of the two groups were significantly improved compared with those before the intervention,and the improvement of the above serum indexes in the study group was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The body weight of the two groups after hospitalization was significantly higher than that at the time of admission,one week and two weeks after hospitalization,and the body weight of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The anxiety(SAS)and depression(SDS)scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before the intervention,the difference was statistically significant,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the SAS and SDS scores of the study group were significantly lower than the control group(t=6.990,8.217,P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the study group was 96.87%significantly higher than that of the control group(78.12%),and the difference between the groups was compared(χ^2=4.736,P=0.029<0.05).Conclusion Strengthening dietary nursing intervention in the clinical treatment and nursing of hospitalized patients with depression can help alleviate clinical symptoms such as eating disorders,relieve anxiety and depression,and significantly improve serum indicators,thereby effectively improving nutritional status and increasing the patient's body quality and improvement of his satisfaction with nursing work are worthy of active promotion and application in psychiatric clinic.
